About Me

Hello my name is Maggie Rodriguez and I am a Proud Army Wife! HOOAH! (lol)

My husband, Rey is foremost a Soldier of God! We were married in August 23, 2006 and share a blended family that consists of 8 children, 12 grandchildren and our son, Sammy (my grandson that we are raising together).  Originally from NewJersey/New York, we are now Floridians!

We are a Christian family who loves and serves the Lord!

As my Soldier deployed to foreign grounds to battle on the frontline for our country, I position myself at the home front to spiritually battle for my husband and all the other brave men and women!

Although we were physically separated, spiritually we are connected.  There is no distance that can separate our "oneness".   God is the center of our marriage and we place our trust in Him.  For He is Faithful!

My husband has returned home and is a retired veteran.  The transition to civilian life has been very challenging.  But I thank God for keeping him safe and bringing him back home to his family.  It is an adjustment for us all but we have God to see us through it all!

We may not always understand or agree on how the Lord moves in our lives, but know that there is always a purpose. As wives, we need to step aside and see not with our own eyes and base it on that alone, but look through the eyes of God and if we truly say we trust Him, that He is Able, then, we need to commit ourselves, family and spouse unto Him. Resting in that He is in control!!

Psalms 27:14   Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. 

Isaiah 40:31   But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
